Eileen Moncrief, Spring Street Service Center, 2nd Vice President has been a member of the Board since July, 2006. She has also been responsible for coordinating By-Law revisions. Moncrief is the Manager of Business & Community Development for Rafley, Inc. She is also an officer of Friends of the Farm at Hilltop Inc., and is a part-time faculty member at WSC and ACC.
David Renouf, Bardaglio Hart & Shuman CPAs, LLC, Treasurer, has been on the Board of Directors as Treasurer since May, 2002. He has held the responsibility of approving bills and expenses and making payments. Renouf is also responsible for deposits, preparing financial statements and proposing the Chamber budgets each calendar year.

She has led committees for programs and events for the Chamber, including coordinating “Business After Hours” networking events and “Our Community Reads”. She is the Owner, CEO of Rafley, Inc./Spring Street Service Center and is also an Officer for Rotary International and a member of NAFE.
Michele Monk, Bombadier is the Director of Sales for the Comfort Suites Bradley Airport, which opened August 2006, becoming a member of the Board in June 2007. She holds a degree in Hospitality Management and has 10 years experience in the hospitality industry.
