Principal and the Chief Operating Officer of BDL Real Estate Holdings, LLC
Kevin Casey is a principal and the Chief Operating Officer of BDL Real Estate Holdings, LLC, (BDLRE) which owns approximately 17 acres at the intersection of Rtes. 20 and 75 (Ella Grasso Turnpike) in Windsor Locks. He is also the principal of Patusan Millennium Group, LLC (PMG), of Suffield, CT, a Private Equity Asset Development firm founded in 1997.
BDLRE purchased the WL parcel in April, 2007, and has worked closely with the Town of Windsor Locks, State of Connecticut (DOT and CCROG), and the office of Congressman John Larson to help plan the redesign of the Rte. 20-75 Interchange, an important, initial component in the broader implementation of the Bradley Area Transportation Study (BATS.)
Through PMG, Mr. Casey structures and facilitates transactions across various sectors, including real estate, operating companies and start-up ventures. PMG specializes in raising capital (equity and debt) and managing investments in the short and long term, strategically positioning them for disposition or preservation, with particular concentration in the area of regulatory and governmental approvals and compliance.
In addition to the aforementioned holdings in Windsor Locks, PMG has participated in approximately $25 Million of real estate transactions in the last several years, including the acquisitions of Tower Ridge Country Club in Simsbury, CT, Hilltop Farm in Suffield, CT, Historic Johnsonville in East Haddam, CT and Cobblestone Village in Exeter, RI. Most recently, PMG announced that it had placed $1.8 Million in funding for IGrad, Inc., of San Diego, CA. (www.myIGrad.com) IGrad is an internet based firm that provides educational resources designed to promote financial literacy for graduating college, university and other post-secondary students, as well as third party administrative (TPA) services to colleges and universities to ensure their compliance with federal regulations.
Born and raised in Windsor Locks, CT, Mr. Casey attended Boston College and the University of Massachusetts. He has lived in Suffield, CT since 1993.
