Main Street Planters
Each Spring & Fall, the streets of Windsor Locks are filled with color as the Windsor Locks Chamber of Commerce, Russo Lawn & Landscape, and ConnectiCare sponsor the annual Main Street Beautification Project. The flowers are replaced seasonally from the spring through the fall and maintained by the Windsor Locks Chamber. The planters are currently filled with Wave Petunias and in September they will be replaced with mums, which is how they will remain until their removal in early November.

Taravella Award
Each year, the Chamber of Commerce presents the Annual Robert Taravella Award to a Community oriented chamber member. Learn more about the Taravella Award and read about previous winners or Nominate a Recipient for the 2011 Taravella Award
FBLA
Several student members of the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) club at Windsor Locks High School are looking for summer employment. They have excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word and would greatly benefit from the experience of working in an office environment.

Fuel Fund
Each year we have tried to help families who live in this community pay their home heating and food bills. As businesses, we see and work with these families on a daily basis and know that this town, as well as other towns, have families who are in great financial need.
