The Windsor Locks Chamber of Commerce works with Dollars for Scholars to administer our annual scholarship.
Dollars for Scholars is a national organization that partners with colleges and universities across the country to provide additional financial benefits to college bound students who receive local scholarship money. 75% of the local scholarships received by Windsor Locks Public School students are affiliated with Dollars for Scholars.
