April 5, 2007 - Barbara O'Brien of Bradley Autotote Teletheatre, was awarded the 9th Annual Taravella Award to recognize her commitment in "going above and beyond to better the community while still completing normal business activities." O'Brien invests her time into enhancing the growth and development of the Chamber and the Town of Windsor Locks through her Involvement with Chamber events, |
membership and through her service on the WIndsor Locks Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors where she has been an active member for over 5 years and is the current 2nd Vice President.
O'Brien recieved a plaque and $250 on behalf of the Windsor Locks Chamber of Commerce to donate to the organization of her choice for which she selected the Windsor Locks Lions Ambulance Corp.
